Mostafa Baluch arrested at Queensland border

Police have arrested wanted Sydney fugitive Mostafa Baluch at the Queensland border during the early hours of Wednesday morning. 

The drug kingpin was found in a concealed vehicle which was transported on a truck travelling to the Sunshine State. 

New South Wales Police launched Strike Force Jillabean Two to locate the 33-year-old - after he breached bail on October 25. 

Queensland Police stopped the truck as it crossed the border at 1am with Mr Baluch taken to Southport Watch House. 

Police in Queensland will seek his extradition to NSW when he appears at the Southport Magistrates Court later today.
