A classic duck hunting catch and cook


I went duck hunting with Capt. Ty Hibbs for gray ducks, more commonly called gadwalls, back in January. Afterwards, Chef Sohail Zandi of Brushland Eating House in Bovina, N.Y., cooked them up.
