BATON ROUGE – The former headquarters of Champion Insurance on Government Street has been bought as a part of a multimillion-dollar deal.
Mathew Laborde, president and CEO of Elefin Realty, which brokered the deal, on Friday showed the sale.
The state bought the valuables to CHL Endeavors for $3.3 million. Laborde mentioned the brand new house owners plan to redevelop the valuables, however there have been no different instant main points to be had.
Champion Insurance used to be as soon as the state’s third-largest auto insurance coverage corporate ahead of it collapsed in 1989.
