Former Jeffersontown HS student arrested for threatening school

Jeffersontown High School had extra security at school on Friday due to threats made on social media Thursday.According to Jeffersontown police chief Richard Sanders, the threat came from 19-year-old David Horseman, a former student of the school.After being notified of the social media post, police took the threat seriously and issued a warrant for Horseman.Police said Horseman was taken into custody Friday morning for threatening to shoot up the high school on social media on Thursday. JCPS communications manager, Mark Herbert, said that they were notified by Kentucky State Police on Thursday that a possible threat against the school was made on social media. Horseman is charged with terroristic threatening and is being held in metro corrections.
