Author Douglas Murray says america President’s newest gaffe is a “classically non-lucid Joe Biden moment”.
It comes as Joe Biden referred to his spouse, Jill Biden, because the ‘Vice President’ below the Obama management.
“It just as you say has to go into the catalogue of similar things,” Mr Murray advised Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“This is a very typical, very average week in Joe Biden’s head, I’m afraid.”
