A grand jury indicts a Louisville man in the killing of his girlfriend.Anthony Bedford is facing murder, weapons, trafficking a controlled substance and tampering with evidence charges.Police said he shot his girlfriend, Ranna Bowen, 49, at their apartment on South Floyd Street in the Old Louisville neighborhood in April.The shooting was reported on the morning of April 21. When officers arrived at the residence, they said they found Bowen with a gunshot wound to her head.Bedford was at the scene and taken into custody by police.He is scheduled to be in court next week.
