Two SA COVID cases from Friday confirmed to be Omicron

SA Health has confirmed two local COVID cases reported in the state on Friday are the Omicron variant.
 
South Australia has recorded seven new COVID-19 cases in the past 24-hour period. 

None of the new cases reported today are known to be of the Omicron strain. 

South Australia amended its domestic border rules yesterday, requiring close contacts of Omicron cases to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival to the state.
