Wanderfest hosted by local motorcycle club



MOUNT VERNON, Ind. (WEHT) – A social-civic motorbike group had a large celebration for the voters of the Tri-State. The Wanderers celebrated its 6th 12 months anniversary on the riverfront in Mt. Vernon on May 14.

The Wanderfest had meals vehicles, tune from the Mount Vernon High School Jazz Band, domestic dogs and motorcycles. The goal was once to let the neighborhood know what good stuff the Wanderers had achieved in its six years of lifestyles.

The staff passed out two scholarships to Nikki Mayo and Morgan Wilson. Mayo attends Boonville High School and plans on attending Roger’s Academy of Hair Design. Wilson is a pupil at Tecumseh High School and plans on attending Olney Central College to turn into a flight nurse.

The Wanderers additionally made donations to Christians Bikers Assocation, Hadi Shrine and Mount Vernon High School Jazz Band.
